Refund for treatment requests

You will automatically be refunded if your payment method is charged and you are subsequently deemed ineligible for treatment or we reject your treatment request for any other reason. These refunds may take 5-10 business days to process. If you do not complete additional onboarding steps required for treatment, your treatment request may expire. Your payment method will be automatically refunded if this occurs.

Refund for compounded medication orders

You may request a refund at any time before your medication is shipped. If we are able to cancel your medication order before it is shipped, you will receive a full refund, less a $49 administrative fee. If your medication has already been shipped, we are unable to provide a refund for any reason.

Refund for brand name medication orders

Once you have been prescribed medication, we are unable to offer a refund for any reason.

If you feel we have made an error in the filling of your prescription, please contact us.

Returns

Unfortunately we cannot issue refunds or accept returns of prescription products for reuse or resale, and all sales are final.
